Binder Insurance AI, Inc. ("Binder", "we", "us") operates a CRM and power dialer for commercial insurance brokers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number and business details, provided when you create your account.
- Product data — the lead and company records you work in Binder, your call outcomes, notes and scheduled callbacks.
- Call recordings and transcripts — calls placed through Binder are recorded and transcribed so that outcomes, callbacks and renewal dates can be captured.
- Website data — page views, time on page and clicks on this marketing site, along with anything you enter in the signup form.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and improve Binder: to run your account, place and record calls, build your call queue, and send you notifications about activity on leads in your own account. We also use aggregate website data to understand which parts of our pitch land.
SMS and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the notifications described in our Terms of Service.
Mobile numbers are shared with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver those messages on our behalf, and with no one else. Text STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run Binder — including Twilio for calling and messaging, AssemblyAI for transcription, OpenAI for call summaries, and Render for hosting. They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own contractual obligations, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active. Binder runs on managed infrastructure operated by the providers named above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, or to close your account and stop receiving messages, by emailing us.
