Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Binder, a CRM and power dialer for commercial insurance brokers operated by Binder Insurance AI, Inc. ("Binder", "we", "us"). By using Binder you agree to them.
The service
Binder provides researched lead records, a calling interface, and call recording with transcription. Binder is invite-only: brokers receive an invite code from us and create their own account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your responsibilities when calling
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own outbound calling, including call recording consent and do-not-call rules in the jurisdictions you call into. Binder records calls placed through the platform; you are responsible for disclosing this where the law requires it.
SMS notification program
Binder sends operational text messages to account holders about activity on leads in their own account.
- What we send — new lead assignments, callback reminders, and post-call follow-ups. These are operational notifications, not marketing.
- Who receives them — only brokers holding a Binder account who agreed to receive them, at the mobile number they gave us. New brokers agree by ticking a box when creating their account.
- How often — message frequency varies with activity in your account.
- Cost — message and data rates may apply. Binder does not charge for these messages.
- Opting out — reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us.
- Carriers — mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Binder to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications, to place calls you are not permitted to make, or to attempt to access another account's data.
Availability and changes
Binder is provided as-is and is under active development; features may change and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do.
